Renting a beautiful front line villa in a spectacular location. The holiday home with private beach access is located in the Roche urbanisation in the province of Cádiz, Spain. The large pool and garden are located right next to the dunes and the beach.The Costa de la Luz is known for its stunning beaches and unrivalled light. It has a privileged location, as you can walk down a path between the dunes directly from the house to a 6 km long and 40 m wide white sandy beach.It has been completely renovated with modern touches, while maintaining its traditional style.

The house is located on a plot of 700 m2, on the edge of a cliff, is distributed on a single floor of 140 m2 and its capacity is for 6 guests. 

The main door of the house is in a small porch on the side and from there we access the corridor that divides the house. On the left side we find the living room and the kitchen. On the right hand side we have 3 double bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom in the hallway and the other two are en suite.

When we enter the living room, spacious and open plan, we can see its spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Its furniture and design make the room very cosy, which is divided into different spaces: The living area with sofa, low table and two armchairs. The dining area, surrounded by large windows that enjoy a spectacular view. And a pleasant reading corner with two very comfortable armchairs that also share its wonderful perspective. To one side and in front of the reading corner there are two entrances with double glass doors leading to the garden and terrace.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a small breakfast bar and an auxiliary room with pantry and another refrigerator.

From the kitchen we can also go out, through other glass doors, to the terrace and garden area, where we find a large dining table with awning, electric barbecue, swimming pool and 3 sun loungers to relax in the sun. The 6x3 swimming pool is modern and perfect to enjoy and cool off on hot days with strong easterly winds.

Both in the living room and in the kitchen, the large windows and glass doors provide, in addition to lots of light, exquisite views from any point.

The living room and all bedrooms have individual air conditioning and good fibre optic internet reception. For guests' convenience, there are two parking spaces on the property.

Just a short walk from the beach, on the right hand side, is the famous Chiringuito de Roche, where you can enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. You can also have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the chiringuito and enjoy exceptional sunsets with friends. On the left, about 10 minutes walk along the beach, you will find the legendary restaurant El Timón de Roche. Situated on the rocks and the sandy beach, this first class restaurant offers exceptional views and a fantastic atmosphere.

Within the Urbanisation, in the commercial centre, you can find several restaurants, a pharmacy, hairdresser and a small supermarket which has everything you might need for your holiday.

On the other side of the shopping area is the sports complex, with football, basketball, tennis and paddle tennis courts. There is also a playground with a children's football pitch, table tennis tables and a climbing wall. During the summer season there is a children's play centre with children's entertainment and cinema.
